We don’t feel like worshipping or praying. We need food to nourish the flesh, but food is an enemy to the Spirit Man. I believe that God created sleep to give our bodies that quiet time that it needs. When we are asleep, we are allowing the body and mind to rest so that we can hear in the spirit. Don’t be deceived; just like God’s Spirit minister’s to you while you are still, so does the evil one’s spirit.
